Return Policy:
The products we sell are of limited quantity, therefore, all items purchased are final sale and will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange.

Product Condition:
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for items due to reasons of imperfections. Please review the product description and additional photos before purchasing. Note that we try our best to provide an accurate description of our products current condition. Even with our due diligence, we have no control on how shipping couriers will handle our packages. There is still a possibility you may not receive your product with a "perfect paint job or box condition" and could arrive to you differently than described.

All figures are brand new and factory sealed in box. Unfortunately this means we have no control of the contents inside the box either and therefore can not guarantee them to be 100% mint. 

About Release Date:
The release date of the product is subject to change. In such an event, we will notify our customers.

About Pre-Order:
All pre-orders will be charged immediately upon checkout. The products we sell are of limited quantity and therefore, a pre-order is highly recommended because it will guarantee that you will receive the product once it releases. Please note, as a general rule, pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Pre-Order & In-Stock Item Orders:

Please note that if you checkout with pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold your entire order until all items are in-stock before shipping. If you would like to receive in-stock items immediately, please place a separate order for the pre-order items. 

Product Holds:
Unfortunately, due to the fact that the products we sell are of limited quantity, we are NOT able to provide holds on any items. We want to be as fair as possible to everyone. Our items are all live on our website and therefore can be purchased by any other viewing customer at any given time. If you are unable to provide us with payment via credit card, please contact us by email for other forms of payment options.

Damage Claims:
In the instance that the product you received is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we will most definitely assist in filing a claim. Damage claims made after TWO days from delivery, will NOT be accepted.

Cancellations:
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your order once submitted. Please review your purchase and only place your order once you are 100% certain because all sales are final. We are unable to update quantities, update shipping information, or add or remove items, once printing labels are confirmed.

Incorrect Addresses or Package Refusal:
Before you are ready to commit to your order, please confirm you have provided us with the correct address. Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or package refusal. 

If the above scenario is to occur, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once the item(s) are returned and inspected by us. If approved, a 20% restocking fee may apply, if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition. Your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-4 business days if approved. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.
